Agrimony Agrimonia eupatoria
Uses: for hot burning odorous urine(mixes well with Buchu (Barosma) for this condition, helpful in bringing ph back to normal. Helpful in suppressed menstruation.

Dosage: 60-120 drops 6 times a day (every 2 hours)

Wild Yam Dioscorea villosus
Uses: Antispasmodic. Relieves spasms of colon and spasm from menses. Useful in relieving pain coming from muscle or involuntary muscle action. Calming of the nervous system.

Wood Betony Stachys betonica
Uses: Nervous stomach without disease. Certain migraines due to nervousness, worrier. May be taken long term. (Useful to blood type A's)
